Joseph Selbie

Joseph came to Tristream from a career in business management and education, having acted most recently as president for a California publishing house. He was the primary architect of an intranet communications hub used by Tektronix, National Semiconductor, and LSI Logic. With the growth of tristream, he has been a top-level strategist for key clients, including Cisco, Cartus (Formerly Cendant Mobility) and KPMG. He has traveled widely as a teacher and lecturer, worked hard at raising four children, and has an uncanny knack to win at Trivial Pursuit.

Bill Fehr
VP of Client Services & Brand Strategy
Bill brings to Tristream 15 years of experience with sales and business development. A former account executive for Federal Sign, he has acted as brand strategist and business strategist for many startup clients: Telestream, QuantumShift, AvantGo, Garmentrade, and burningpoint. Bill launched the tristream branding practice based on the marketing strategy work of Michael Porter (Harvard) and Kevin Roberts (Saatchi & Saatchi). He took a lead role in developing and articulating the Tristream brand. A former Bay Area resident, Bill lives with (and for) his wife and two inquisitive daughters. In business, he seeks the emotional core of customer desires and strives for world-changing ideas.

Phil Dyer
Chief Creative Officer
Phil, a lifelong visual fanatic, has worked for over 25 years as a professional designer and art director. A founder of Ad Infinitum design shop, he has acted as advisor or director on virtually every Tristream design. He has earned wide respect in the corporate world for his ability to create distinctive corporate identity, from the Identix logo to Sierra Brewing Company’s package design. An honored graduate of Art Center College of Design, Phil also serves on the advisory council at the Sierra College digital media program.
